ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy We’ve recently made a change to our ITIL® 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy certification’s syllabus, which will apply to new candidates. Starting from 1 July 2024, while new candidates will still be required to complete the four practical assignments, getting them marked will no longer be mandatory. This is the only change to the syllabus - all other aspects of the certification will remain the same. Updated Assets for ITIL® 4 certifications Starting from the week of 1 July, we will release updated assets for the following certifications: • ITIL® 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil • ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Incident Management • ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Service Desk • ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Problem Management • ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Service Request Management • ITIL® 4 Practitioner: Monitoring and Event Management Updates include: • Official Training Materials v1.2 • Official book in the new template • Updated sample papers • Syllabi in the new template • Updated diagram pack These updates will be accompanied by full release notes to help you understand the minor updates we have made. Official Training Materials • ITIL® 4 Specialist: Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services – Now live and bundled with exam vouchers at no additional cost until 8 July 2024. • ITIL® 4 Specialist: Sustainability in Digital and IT – Releasing this week with a one-month bundle offer of exam vouchers at no additional cost. Remaining ITIL® 4 Practitioner certifications will follow. Accreditation for any product within the relevant portfolio allows purchasing eLearning and eLearning+ vouchers through Passport. ITIL® 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil – translations We are also thrilled to announce that all ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support and Fulfil learning and exam materials will be available in 8 languages (Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish) by the end of July. The drafts of the translations will be uploaded in the relevant partner's area. We would appreciate your feedback in advance of the official release. Membership Content: ITIL® Practices and Templates We are updating the remaining ITIL® Practices, with releases starting in July. To meet member demand, we are also producing ITIL templates, including Problem Record, Major Problem Report and Major Problem Review.
