This document explains the standard processes and requirements for organizing courses and exams through ITpreneurs.

Prerequisites for participants

In general, some theoretical knowledge of the domain in which the training is focused is always desired.

Class size

Recommended maximum number of participants with one instructor: 25.

It is recommended to run courses with at least 4 participants.

Training venue

• Classroom with U-shaped setup preferred.

• Whiteboard, flipchart, and projector.

Course completion

For classroom courses, participants must attend the full course in order to consider the course as completed.

For eLearning courses, learners must complete at least 80% of the course in order to consider the course completed.

Printing Instructions

The printing instructions can be requested from ITpreneurs’ Global Service Desk (GSD) via [email protected].

eBook

• Internet is required only for downloading the eBook. The eBooks can be read offline thereafter.

• Compatible with Desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and eReaders.

• Recommended PDF reader: Adobe Reader.

Virtual Classroom

IE 7, 8, 9 , 10, 11, Firefox 13, Chrome 20, and Safari 5.

Audio (headset prefered)

Video (webcam is advised)

For some courses, Flash needs to be installed.
